IT was good to get back on track at Luton on Saturday especially as they tried to beat us up a bit on the pitch.
They probably thought that as we like to play passing football that the best way to beat us would be to get in our faces.
But we showed that we can match that side of it and stand up to teams trying to play in that way, and I think it got to them a bit in the end.
There had also been a little flare up involving Jason Demetriou, and I think in the last 20 minutes they were just focused on kicking him rather than worrying about trying to get an equaliser.
That certainly suited us, and strangely our wispy winger as well because he went off and did an interview with The Sun saying he liked being kicked because it made him feel like Cristiano Ronaldo!
Well, of course all the lads have been giving him stick in training this week and he is now known as Ronnie! All I can say if he wants hulking centre halves kicking him rather than me, I certainly don't have any complaints.
Seriously though the main thing was that we got our first away win since November and after a talk amongst ourselves after the Carlisle defeat, it was good we went out there and put it right.
We now go into Saturday's game with Nottinham Forest full of confidence, but we know how important it is for us to put at least three or our wins together.
Given they are only four points above us in third, it would certainly be good to close the gap on them.
I seriously believe we can still make the play-offs and if we can rediscover our form from earlier in the season I even think we can still sneak the last automatic spot.
I certainly hope we push on now, because I don't want to be sat there all summer kicking myself wondering what might have been.
